This practice is designed to help you release stuck energy, clear mental fog, and open up pathways to profound peace and clarity. It’s a powerful way to awaken your inner medicine woman, tap into your inherent power, and connect deeply with the healing medicines within you.
This session offers a peek into the transformative medicines I share in my courses and retreats, designed to help you deeply connect with yourself and navigate life's ups and downs with ease and grace. My journey with breathwork began at a critical time in my life. I was dealing with overwhelming stress and anxiety, searching for solutions beyond what conventional approaches offered. Breathwork has worked magic for me and I am confident it will for you too.
Before you begin: Create a cozy, quiet space for yourself. Have a soft blanket nearby in case you get cold. Try not to eat heavy meals at least an hour before your session.
Important: While breathwork is a safe practice for most people, it's very powerful and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have concerns about cardiovascular issues, severe mental health conditions, or if you are pregnant, consider breathing through your nose instead and opt for a guided 1:1 session initially. This will ensure you feel secure and supported as you embark on this healing journey. If you're unsure, it's wise to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning.

My Breathwork Story - How Breathwork Changed My Life
My true breakthrough with breathwork came unexpectedly during a date on a beach in Orange County. The person I was with introduced me to transformational breathwork. That session on the sand was a revelation: for the first time, my relentless mind chatter paused. I felt a profound connection to my heart and body, experiencing pure relaxation and bliss. Although the connection with him was brief, it left me with the incredible gift of breathwork- Forever grateful!!
Since that day, about seven years ago, I've made breathwork a daily part of my life. It’s transformed me from a burnt-out fashion industry professional to someone living a dream life, running healing retreats in my forest sanctuary in Sweden and building a community in Guatemala. This practice showed me how powerful and healing breath can be, and I’m passionate about sharing it. With breathwork, I believe we all have the capacity to radically change our lives—it all starts with returning to the basics of our breath.
