Earth Medicine Retreat Guatemala
Return to the Earth. Remember Who You Are.
There’s a place where the mountains speak, where the waters listen, and where your breath and your body finally soften.
A place where community feels like chosen family, where voices rise in song, where plants become teachers, and where ceremony opens the door back to your soul.
This is your invitation to come home. To yourself. To the Earth. And to a circle of like-hearted souls walking the path of healing and remembrance.
Earth Medicine is a week-long retreat on the sacred shores of Lake Atitlán, Guatemala - designed for you - who is ready to reconnect with your inner wisdom, regulate and recharge your nervous system, expand your creative expression, and root into the healing power of nature and plant magic.
This retreat is also a love note to the land we’ve each spent years healing, growing, and evolving upon - and now, with full hearts, we are honored to share it’s magic and some of the teachers here who have shaped our paths.

Why a Retreat in Guatemala? Why Now?
Explore the Magic of Lake Atitlán During Your Retreat in Guatemala
This land carries an ancient frequency - alive with Mayan tradition, volcanic power, and plant spirit medicine. If you're feeling the call, trust that it’s for a reason. We were both called here once upon a time and have found our heart home upon these shores.
At Casa Kula, a beautiful earth based retreat centre, nestled above the crystalline lake and surrounded by medicinal gardens, we’ll spend seven days immersed in the elements - singing, moving, praying, creating, resting, and listening.
This is a place to clear the noise, soften your edges, and remember what it feels like to live from your heart.

Your Hosts
This retreat is lovingly held by Liddy Scarlet and Nina Medicina - multi-faceted space holders, ceremonialists, songkeepers, and devoted students of the Earth. Together, we create spaces that feel safe, soulful, and alive. We weave song, somatics, and ceremony with deep reverence for the land, the plants, and each unique soul who enters our circles.

About Liddy Scarlet
Liddy Scarlet is a Ceremonialist and Sacred Space Holder, 600 hour Classical Tantra Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Cacao Guardian, Sound Healer, Earth Womban’s Guide and Herbalist.
With over 12 years of embodied experience gathered from all 4 directions, she is inspired by the great traditions of Yoga, Tantra and Buddhism, Shamanism, Animism and Paganism. A walker of El Camino Rojo & The Beauty Way, a devoted Earth Medicine student, listening to the wisdom of the Master Plants and our Herbal Allies. Living a life of freedom and reverence, surrendered to the great mystery, in service to the Goddess.
Supported by the path of the Yogini and the 4 Directions, she weaves ceremonial space, medicine, earth rituals, heart philosophy, sound and song, folklore and mythology, embodied movement and healing touch. Ancient tradition and received heart medicine musings intertwine in her intimate gatherings and sacred offerings to guide you back to your heart – as infinite as the night sky and luminous as a summer day, eternally divine and always, and in all ways, cosmically aligned.
Walking the path of the heart, her philosophical poetry and innate desire to hold others, provides a nurturing yet profoundly transformational space for seekers of Spirit. Liddy truly lives in devotion to these wisdom traditions and ancient lineages and delights in reminding others of their sovereignty, beauty and belonging.
About Nina Medicina
Nina Medicina is a breathwork teacher, herbalist, holistic health coach, and ceremonial space holder devoted to the path of Earth-based healing.
With a decade of experience guiding others through breath, movement, plants, and sound, Nina brings a grounded, intuitive, and heart-led presence into every space she holds. Trained in herbalism, breathwork, emotional release, women’s embodiment, somatic integration, sound healing, and holistic health, she has supported thousands of people in reconnecting to the wisdom of the body and the truth of the heart.
Originally from Sweden and based in Guatemala for part of each year, Nina’s work is deeply informed by her personal healing journey and her relationship with this sacred land. Her years by Lake Atitlán have been shaped by study, ceremony, and deep reverence for the plants, people, and teachers- seen and unseen, who have guided her along the way.
At the Earth Medicine Retreat, Nina weaves breathwork, herbal rituals, plant spirit connection, and sacred song into a tapestry of transformation. Her spaces invite you to come home to yourself- to soften, to release, and to rise into who you truly are.
