Come with an open mind and we will take care of the rest but important to think about:

☽ Drink a lot of water before and after the ceremony since cacao can be dehydrating

☽ Cacao is a natural antidepressant and if you are consuming SSRI medication you should only drink a small dose of cacao or completely avoid it as it can give you a heavy migraine.

☽ You can drink cacao when you are pregnant but if you are in your first trimester we will serve you a smaller dose unless you are an experienced cacao drinker.
