☽ Ceremonial cacao from a woman's collective in Guatemala prepared with spices, herbs and superfoods.

Come with an open mind and we will take care of the rest but important to think about:

☽ Drink a lot of water before and after the ceremony since cacao can be dehydrating 

☽ Cacao is a natural anti depressant and if you are consuming SSRI medication you should only drink a small dose of cacao or completely avoid it as it can give you a heavy migraine.
