bWelcome to a cacao ceremony with transformational breathwork and sacred sounds at the magical Fiskarbäck in Österlen.

Come joing this afternoon gathering with a magical brew of ceremonial cacao with added adaptogenic mushrooms, spices and superfoods to warm your body and open up your heart.

The event is held in the beautiful Fiskabäck retreat Dome located in the depths of the forest.

This evening schedule will look something like this:

☽ 2 hours of a multi- sensory journey to awaken all of your senses 

☽ Ceremonial cacao from a woman's collective in Guatemala prepared with adaptogens, spices, herbs and superfoods. ☽ Transformational breathwork  

☽ Aroma therapy 

☽ A long meditation with sacred sounds and healing touch  

☽ A beautiful evening in community with likeminded people

☽Sauna for those that wish to stay after the ceremony-  bring you own towel and water bottle (cost is 50 sek)

What to bring:

☽WARM CLOTHES

Please bring warm clothes and preferably a warm blanket and something warm to sit on. We will be in our ceremonial dome outside and it is cozy, but still it's not an insulated space, so it can be cold at times.

☽PAPER AND A PEN

Come with an open mind and we will take care of the rest but important to think about:

☽ Drink a lot of water before and after the ceremony since cacao can be dehydrating ☽ Cacao is a natural anti depressant and if you are consuming SSRI medication you should only drink a small dose of cacao or completely avoid it as it can give you a heavy migraine.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you can't make it you can transfer the ticket to another person or you can cancel with 24 hours of notice to get a refund of 300 sek.

GET HERE - DON'T END UP IN THE WOODS!

Please note that maps will definitely take you out on roads that are closed or not working, unless you follow the instructions below.

GET THERE BY CAR: Set your GPS / Google maps / Apple maps to “CHRISTINEHOFS SLOTT” or “BERTILSTORP” (depending on which of these are closest to where you are travelling from) and go there. Next set your new destination to “VERKASJÖN” and go there. Next set your destination to “FISKABÄCK 103”. This will take you on to a private gravel road for 2 km going through the woods and over open landscapes. Go straight on the road, no turning in to side roads, til you get to where the road ends.

GET THERE BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT Go to Brösarp Bussterminal (2 hrs from Malmö, via Ystad). From there it is 10 minutes by car (pick-up) or approx a 1 hour walk (not recommended).
