About the Event
Join me and Freja for a magical self love Saturday in her archipelago oasis 30 min outside of Stockholm- take the boat from Ropsten or drive your car and we can most likely help to arrange shared rides.
We will gather at 10 am and will spend the full day together with activities such as a nourishing yin yoga class on the dock with Reiki, forest and ocean bathing, cacao ceremony with breathwork and alchemy bowl sound healing, singing, sharings, healthy high vibe lunch and an option to stay for dinner.
The perfect opportunity to boost yourself with self love and nourish yourself on all levels.
Bring your own yoga mat, comfortable clothes, swimwear, towel and maybe something for the BBQ if you are staying for dinner.
