- Examples of songs and sounds to use in ceremony 

- My personal journey with cacao and how it has helped me heal.

We will build intimacy with this sacred plant spirit, we will have a lot of sharings, drink cacao, meditate, dance, sing, journal and we will close off the day with my signature cacao ceremony together with breathwork and sound healing and you will get your own block of cacao to bring home with you and share in your own rituals and ceremonies.

After this day you will feel confident in how to integrate cacao into your daily life and even to share in your own ceremonies.

If you want to dive even deeper I will host a sacred ceremony and ritual facilitator training later this year where we will go even deeper into the world of cacao, herbs, adaptogens, the chakra system, breathwork, soundhealing and so much more.
