We are here to guide and support you in this process of allowing all of you to shine, to find clarity for your unique life path and to have the courage to follow through on what feels right for you.

We intend to create a sacred, intimate retreat with you at Nina's own sanctuary in the Swedish forest for deep healing and for transformation to take place. We will sit in ceremony and we will go into deep healing, we will sing together, pray, move, breathe, meditate, journal and share our hearts and voices.

About the facilitators:

Isabel Stål is a medicine woman, space holder, spiritual awakening mentor, yogi, healer, musician and artist.

Her spiritual path started as a teenager as she was going through depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts, something was whispering in her heart to believe there was more, to believe in healing. It lead her on a path around the world, both on the inside and outside.

She stared her first yoga/ coaching company as a 22 year old after coming home from a long journey in India. She has been teaching and sharing the path of healing and spiritual awakening for the past 8 years in Norway and Costa Rica where she has been living the last 2 years focusing on sharing transformational retreats working with plantmedicines and other healing modalities.

She has taken many different yoga and spiritual educations during the years; Hatha, ashtanga, vinyasa, yin, meditation, holding sacred space, shamanism, open to creativity and more. As well as studying coaching with quantum success coaching academy. She has traveled around the world to attend courses and meet teachers to continue to deepen her spiritual practices as she is continuing to share what has helped her to create the life of her dreams.

Isabel believes we are all on our unique soul path and that when we allow our heart to shine forth and show us the way, to learn to listen to and trust our intuition, we can all create a life in flow and harmony with ourselves and everyone around.

Nina Medicina is a herbalist, swedish forest goddess,  cacao and breahtwork facilitator and owner of the magical sanctuary-The Wild Meadow where we will share this magical weekend together.

Nina has been working with ceremonial cacao for several years and she is very passionate to share this powerful plantmedicine in ceremonies all over the world combined with a technique called transformational breathwork and sacred sounds.

Nina has been studying all sorts of healing modalities with some of the world's most renowned teachers.

She is a HERBALIST and GREEN WITCH from the Gaia school of healing and the school of the sacred wild and she is currently in a 18 month long herbal medicine program for woman with the amazing herbalist, midwife and MD, Dr Aviva Romm. She is a certified holistic health coach from IIN, a 200 hour YTT Amba woman's embodiment teacher as well as a breathwork facilitator trained  with David Elliott. She also has a 100 hr certification from sound ceremony academy as a sound ceremonialist.  On top of that she has gone to retreats and festivals allover the world, sat in ceremonies with plant medicine teachers, shamans and healers and spent the last year living at a permaculture farm in Costa Rica. She left the big city life working in fashion in LA, followed her heart and moved to the swedish forest to start a healing sanctuary where she is so excited to share her magic.

More useful information:

– There will be maximum of 10 participants. Stay home if you feel sick or if someone close to you feels unwell.

– Packing list will be sent closer to arrival.

– The toilets and shower will be shared with the other participants

– Swedish and english will be mixed depending on participants.

How to get here:

• To share a car ride will be the most easy option- address is sent upon booking. Closest big town is Kristianstad
• Take the train to Kristianstad or Bromölla and share a taxi from there (approx 30 minutes) OR take the bus to Näsum kyrka from Bromölla and we can pick you up from there at a certain time.
• Take the train to Hässleholm and share a taxi from there (approx 1 hour)
