Join me and Freja for a magical self love Sunday in her archipelago oasis 30 min outside of Stockholm- take the boat from Ropsten or drive your car.
We will gather at 10 am and will spend the full day together with activities such as a nourishing yin yoga class, forest and ocean bathing, cacao ceremony with breathwork and sound healing, healthy high vibe lunch and an option to stay for dinner.
The perfect opportunity to boost yourself with self love and nourish yourself on all levels.
Bring your own yogamat, comfortable clothes, swimwear, towel and maybe something to the BBQ if you are staying for dinner.
