About Me
For over a decade, I’ve been on a journey of deeply educating myself and refining my craft as a spaceholder. I’ve invested over €100,000 in trainings, courses, and transformative experiences to deepen my knowledge and expertise. This is the distilled transmission of everything I’ve learned from seven years of continuously holding space all over the world for people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
My path hasn’t always been easy—17 years in the high-stress, fast-paced fashion industry nearly broke me. I was burnt out, lost, and disconnected from my true self. I found myself yearning for purpose, healing, and a life that felt authentic. Through breathwork, herbal medicine, sacred rituals, and a deep dive into nature’s wisdom, I was able to reconnect with my true self and step into my power as a spaceholder and leader.
This work has transformed my life—and I’ve witnessed it transform the lives of countless others. From my struggles with health, my voice, and my sense of purpose, I found tools that empowered me to heal. Now, I am deeply committed to sharing this medicine with the world, guiding you to discover the healer, the spaceholder, and the empowered medicine woman within you.
