What is a Cacao Ceremony?

In my cacao ceremonies, we embark on a heart-centered journey, beginning with an introduction to the sacred cacao and transformative breathwork practices. As we sip the nurturing ceremonial cacao from the lush landscapes of Guatemala, we set our intentions and ground ourselves through meditative practices.

How often do you teach Breathwork in Södermalm?

Well it depends, during the course of April- November I would say that I teach at least 1 breathwork every other month at Ester Adele, Södermalm. You can also find my classes online as well as in Skåne and I do teach breathwork more often at my breathwork retreats.

I mina kakaoceremonier ger vi oss ut på en hjärtcentrerad resa som inleds med en introduktion till den heliga kakaon och transformativa andningsövningar. När vi sippar på den vårdande ceremoniella kakaon från Guatemalas frodiga landskap, sätter vi våra avsikter och grundar oss själva genom meditativa övningar.
