Come with an open mind and we will take care of the rest but important to think about: Drink a lot of water before and after the ceremony since cacao can be dehydrating Cacao is a natural anti depressant and if you are consuming SSRI medication you should only drink a small dose of cacao or completely avoid it as it can give you a heavy migraine.

ABOUT NINA

Nina Medicina is a cacao ceremonialist, herbalist, breathwork facilitator, and sound healer. She has worked with ceremonial cacao for several years and she is very passionate about sharing this powerful plant medicine in ceremonies and gatherings allover the world.

Nina has studied all sorts of healing modalities with some of the world's most renowned teachers, healers, and shamans. She spent the last year in Costa Rica and Guatemala to dive deep into the world of cacao and she is so passionate to share its magic here in Sweden.
