Join med and Zahra for a magical afternoon where we dive deep into the womb space- our center of feminine wisdom, creation and power. We will drink ceremonial cacao, move in a soft and fluid embodiment practice, meditate, practice breathwork and connect with a lot of sharing.

Come join me and Zahra in my Yoga barn outside of Näsum in Skåne where we will connect with our inner winter and our womb space.
We will drink and meditate with a cup of nourishing and warming ceremonial cacao from a woman's collective in Guatemala, move together with a soft and fluid embodiment practice, talk about our cycle and do a transformational breathwork session where we dive deep into the womb.
The afternoon will flow something like this: - Opening, introduction & intention setting - Cacao + Shaking + Dancing + Embodiment Practice - Womb talk - Breathwork - Meditation and sacred sounds - Sharing Circle
