A midsummer weekend dream

This is a 3 day and night healing sisterhood retreat in the magical Apple Forest sanctuary in Skåne- for us to celebrate, play and take care of our body, mind and spirit with laughter, creative practices, natural spa day and a lot of nature connection time in community.

Through ceremonies, breathwork, cacao, sound meditations, yoga nidra, forest walks, delicious vegan meals and elixirs, herbal sauna & lake plunges, laughter, dancing, singing and lots of connection we will disconnect from everyday life with all the endless to dos and routines and take the opportunity to let go, dedicate time to slow down and heal in and with nature together with other sisters.

We will all contribute with our gifts and energy but some activities that will be on the schedule includes sharing circles, meditations, dancing, making our own flower crowns, journaling practices, cacao ceremonies, breathwork, embodied movement, shaking and dance, sound…
