After 17 very fun but very stressful years as a buyer, collection manager and innovation team leader in the fast fashion industry, traveling and working all over the world I burnt myself out to the core. Nothing was fun anymore and I got forced to start my journey to becoming a human be-ing and moving away from being the human do-ing I pushed myself to be in order to feel seen, loved and worthy. As far as I've come I still have to remind myself everyday that I am good enough even if I don't overperform in everything I do and slowly my nervous system and my adrenals are calming down and I can start to take decisions from my heart space rather than from my stressed and overthinking monkey mind- and let me tell you that it feels SO good!

I spent 2016- 2020  living in LA and I had the honor of studying all sorts of healing modalities with a lot of world renowned teachers. I can now call myself a HERBALIST and GREEN WITCH from The Gaia School of Healing and School of The Sacred Wild as well as the herbal medicine program for woman with the amazing herbalist, midwife and MD, Dr Aviva Romm. I am a CERTIFIED HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH from IIN, and a 200 YTT AMBA WOMAN'S EMBODIMENT TEACHER. I am a BREATHWORK FACILITATOR and EDUCATOR and I have trained with David Elliott. I have a 100 hr certification from sound ceremony academy as a SOUND CEREMONIALIST and I am trained in Sound Temple Training at Sounds of light residential mystery school. On top of that I have gone to retreats and festivals all over the world, sat in ceremonies with plant medicine teachers, shamans and healers and spent a winter living at a permaculture farm in Costa Rica. What I keep learning is that nature really is the best medicine. Nature has cycles, she is not always blooming, she takes time for deep rest. Nature does not apologize for being wild and free and for taking up too much space. Nature provides us with basically everything we need and teaches us how to tap into the nature and cycles within us and that inspires me tremendously. To unlearn everything I know and relearn what I already know and feel deep inside.

So I took a break from fashion, sold my apartment in one of Stockholms trendiest areas and found my paradise deep into the wilderness in south of Sweden. Den Vilda Lunden (The Wild Meadow) is a place of transformation, deep rest, recharge, rewilding, and relearning. I am also currently co-creating a paradise in the mountains of Lake Atitlan in Guatemala that will be a residential retreat where we will live in symbiosis with nature, help eachother live up to our fullest potential, grow our own foods, host events, retreats and conscious gatherings and of course I will have a Cacao Lounge and apothecary which has been my dream for so many years.

So WOW, what a wild ride life has been and still is. I started to study holistic health because I wanted to heal myself from my chronic stress and all that entailed as well as to heal some very common woman's health issues I suffered from like hormonal problems, PMS, chronic UTI's and herpes. My mom and grandmother also both survived breast cancer and I wanted to do everything in my power to not be next in line. And now with some amazing tools in my belt I decided to follow my heart and start working with guiding other women back to optimal health- taking both mind, body and spirit into consideration as they are all equally important, also being humble to the fact that what works for me might not work for you. Just like nature we are diverse, have different needs and we are magical in our own unique ways.

Our bodies are really wise and they know what is best for us. If you slow down and listen you can hear that she is constantly sending out signals and communicating with you. It took me 32 years before my first crash came and I got forced to listen to what she had to say and since then I had to start making some radical changes to my life. Now I am 40 years of age and have never felt more happy, radiant, glowing and alive and I hope I can inspire and empower you to start living your best life ever.
