This 90 minute breathwork session is available in both Swedish and English.

I teach allover the world but mainly in my Wild Apple Meadow retreat in Skåne and sometimes in Stockholm.

Breathwork is an ancient healing modality and it is pure medicine to your body and mind. With this special technique of breathwork that I facilitate you will be able to experience a powerful transformation in a very short time as we are turning off the frontal lobe of the brain and the endless monkey chatter that goes on in there.  With the support of the breath the mind relaxes, we tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, you will be able to connect with your body, you will learn how to listen with a open heart and you can rewire your brain and overcome anything from addictions, negative loops and patterns.
